Tracey and Tim Banks met whilst travelling the world with Princess Cruises (and yes, it was on The Love Boat) when Tim was a bartender and Tracey worked in the on-board salon.

Sixteen years ago they embarked on a career with Thwaites, going on to run many successful businesses in Lancashire. Their first appointment was at The Queens in Fleetwood, and they have also managed The Victoria in Southport and The Boatyard at Hoghton. Tim follows a long family tradition. His parents were with Thwaites for 27 years and he worked with them at the Highlands until they retired in 1991.
